Lanterns fill my streets, and the river reflects them.
Slowly rising with a flickering of gold and silver.
Slowly falling as the night casts an opposing shadow.
Those who hit the ground shall be forgotten with the red sun.
Sitting on your bridge I can see for miles and miles.
Thankfully cheeks always remember to welcome the warm smiles.
