Title: An Autumn Journey Author: ThyEternalSummer
Tiny little leaf, Fluttering in the wind, At any moment You could fly off And tumble through the air, Soar to new discoveries. You’ll wisp to new sights, New colors and new smells, New beauty beyond the tree, The tree from which you fell. But your voyage, short lived, As you fade to a reddish brown, Your sights were wonders, Such beauty they beheld. But nothing could compare To that tree from which you fell.
