Deep inside my being I exist,
Yearning to come forth and blossom
Reflecting upon the experience of yesterdays,
Ernest in my desire to succeed,
Kicking away the cobwebs, I emerge!

Delighted to see a new perspective,
Eager to spread my limbs and stretch,
Reasonable steps I take lead me forward,
Every new moment brings twin emotions,
Kind world let me down gradually, if you need.

Destination coming into focus,
Enlisted a hand to help strengthen my foundation,
Responsive to my goals, building the path with me,
Energy I have to preserve,
Keeping my heart and soul so dear, is finally here.

First I'd like to thank you for your kind words about my very sad poem. That is what I call it and should rename it. I have chose this poem of yours to comment on because it is just the opposite of mine it's so uplifting and it makes me think of my strongest times in life the days that I feel I can do or be anything. Thank you for the wonderful words.

You really capture the boundless potential of the human spirit with this one. We should all go for our dreams! I feel like this poem might have been inspired by the mountains of New Hampshire.
